Help you design a house working from basic concept or almost completed plans. I can take a basic concept and with your input bring it to a fully rounded complete plan. If you are almost there I can help push it over the finish line. Finish the roof plan, add some details, work on the interior space, add landscaping, what ever you would like me to help with. I am willing to do as little or as much as you need.

2D - 3D Rendering

I will create 3D full color renderings for client presentations. These can also be helpful for subcontractors to work from to know what is expected. Kitchen and bath detailed drawings or basic concept. Floor plans, lot layout and landscaping detail are all possible. What ever you need that can be drawn.

Elevations and Cross Sections

Do you need floor and wall detail for permit sets - no problem. Foundation layout, roof detail, you tell me how you are going to build it and I will draw it to spec. Measured and detailed elevations to submit and to work from. drawn to scale.

Sales Material

From basic renderings to photo-realistic raytraces I can help you close more sales. Get your clients more involved, if you get them involved with the design process they are likely to "buy in". If the buy in they will close and brag about the house they "built" getting you referrals. I can make changes and give you quick turn around. Also having them see what the final results will look like you will reduce rework and the hassles and hard feelings they can create.

Landscaping with full Terrain Elevations in 3D

I can do generic landscaping to plant specific landscaping with gardens, pools, walks, paths, retaining wall, just about anything you may like. And it can be done with the specific elevations and changes of elevation of the finished lot. It can be as simple or as complex as you and you client may like.
