I designed and built my first house in 1980. For the last 15 years + I have been helping contractors and builders across the country with computer aided design. The primary program I use is Chief Architect Pro. I can work with a floorplan sketched on a piece of notepaper or complete partial plans generated in Chief or other cad programs. I work with contractors and builders. I have worked with most of my clients for years, helping them with multiple projects.

Because of my experience I am very efficient and can do things quickly. I am often told that I get the job done twice as fast as it would take my client to do the same thing. I am also practiced in designing things like roof structures and brick detail work that some of my clients struggle with.
