I designed and built my first house in 1980. For the last 15 years + I have been helping contractors and builders with computer aided design. The primary program I use is Chief Architect Pro. I have been using this program for years and stay up to date with the latest version. I will help finish plans started in Chief or work from plans from other programs or paper.
The bulk of my work is in creating plans and renderings but I have also designed business cards, logos, roadside signs and billboards.
I am efficient and timely, my rates are competitive, and I work by the hour or fixed price.
